In episode 8, Elise and Brittany revealed themselves as the insiders who had been in contact with Gordon Ramsay from the start.

Their confession came after Gordon briefly stepped away from the restaurant, believing there was no path forward.

However, the sisters requested a meeting and convinced him to return. In a private conversation, the twins admitted they reached out for help because the restaurant was falling apart, and they believed Anika needed guidance in her management role.

The twins told Gordon,

“Anika definitely needs help with managing skills. People don't really know where they stand right now."

Elise and Brittany said they were worried that without strong leadership, the team at the restaurant would continue to struggle.

They knew Anika was doing her best, but felt she didn’t have enough experience, especially with handling pressure and keeping things organized.
