General Hospital recap: What happened on July 29, 2025?

The recent episode of the daytime soap opera, which aired on July 29, 2025, was filled with storylines that turned the tables and left fans filled with emotions. As Willow ran to her kids, leaving Drew at the altar, Drew came looking for her at the Quartermaine mansion. Further, Jason has a conversation with a drunk Leisl while Britt is hiding in Croatia. 

What happened on General Hospital on July 29, 2025?

Jason looks for answers

In the recent episode, Jason tracks down Leisl, who is sitting at the bar, drinking and laughing about the wedding that did not take place. As Jason arrived, she started making comments about how Willow confronted Drew at the altar about sleeping with her mother in the past. 

Furthermore, Jason stated that he saw Britt at the Paris airport. Upon hearing this, Leisl also remarked that she “sees Britt.” Though Jason saw her in reality, Leisl implied the same, but in a hallucination. She remarked that it is merely his subconscious seeing Britt.

When he asked about her grave, she added that instead of burying her body, she decided to give it up for research, as Britt would have wanted the same. 

Later, when he was about to leave, he spotted Leisl's clutch having the same design as what he saw on Britt’s bag. He instantly searched for the “Five Poppies,” and the internet showed a “Dubrovnik hotels flowers.”

Elsewhere, in Croatia, Britt was seen reviewing work by Professor Henry "Hank" Dalton, which she received through the courier. She was interrupted by a knock on the door. 

Willow ran out of her wedding

Elsewhere in General Hospital, Willow, who ran out of her wedding, went straight to Carly’s place to meet her kids. However, Michael and Carly did not allow her to see Wiley and Amelia.

Carly remarked that she thinks this wedding dress and her crying face will scare her kids. Further, Michael also dragged her to the corner and asked her to leave the property, else he would have to call the security to escort her out. 

Willow grew even more desperate to see her kids when he heard Wiley’s voice; however, Michael and Carly were insistent on not jetting to see her kids.

However, she further went to Liz’s place, where she comforted her, as she had no other place to stay. Back at Carly’s place, when Wiley asked about his mother, Michael explained that she did not marry Uncle Drew, and so she was upset. 

Elsewhere on General Hospital, Nina summoned Curtis and Portia together to break the news about the wedding. She said that finally, there’s no more Drew and Willow.

However, she further added that there’s also no more Nina and Willow. She exclaimed that the truth about her relationship with Drew came to light, bringing a significant rift in the mother-daughter relationship. 

Anyhow, back at the Quartermaine mansion, Cody came to meet Tracy to show her the “mole” Molly warned her about. However, Drew shows up and asks Tracy about Willow.

Tracy mocks him by saying he has already lost his wife. Cody intervenes and remarks that she finally came to her senses and did not go through with the wedding.
