    The episode on July 14, 2025, began with the ongoing war between Sonny Corinthos and Jenz Sidwell. Their rivalry continues to escalate, especially with the kidnapping of Marco Rios. Jason Morgan is seen holding Marco hostage, possibly under Sonny's orders. Meanwhile, Lucas Jones searches for Marco, but the hotel suite is empty, intensifying the mystery around this situation.

    At Natalia Ramirez's memorial service, Sonny unexpectedly shows up in Marco’s place. In the midst of the confrontation, Sonny states, "You got your son into this; get him out!" This moment highlights the deep animosity between Sonny and Sidwell. Alexis Davis steps in to talk to Marco and tries to convince him that Sonny is not a murderer.

    Elsewhere, Michael and Willow's custody battle over Wiley and Amelia goes on. Isaiah Gannon observes the growing tension between Willow and Lucas, and an uncomfortable alliance prevails. Willow vents her frustration to Michael. He, along with Carly Spencer and Sonny, discusses Sasha Gilmore Corbin’s departure from Port Charles.
