General Hospital spoilers for next 2 weeks (October 22 to 31, 2025): What to expect, major developments, and more

While secrets await revelation on General Hospital’s upcoming storyline, some conspiracies are getting more entangled. While Brennan’s stance may pose problems for him soon, Valentin may look to escape prison with some outside help. Meanwhile, Drew’s shootout lands Willow behind bars, complicating her situation. Elsewhere, Cody and Molly are slated to come romantically closer.

The previous episodes of General Hospital focused on Willow’s predicament after Anna discovered the incriminating weapon in Elizabeth’s house. While Nina pleaded guilty for lying about her daughter’s alibi, Willow felt herself abandoned by her mother with only Drew to depend on. 

Meanwhile, Cody found and saved Ric from his captivity. However, Ric and his captors lied to Molly about the long absence and sudden return, praising Cody for the rescue. On one hand, the long-running ABC daily soap saw Jason telling Carly about Josslyn’s WSB job. On the other hand, Tracy allowed Brook Lynn to arrange a party to introduce Ronnie, who ended up drunk and was out of sorts.

General Hospital: Brennan faces problems 

Recently, Brennan promised to Carly that he would never let Josslyn come to any harm, and that Vaughn being a WSB agent would not hurt Joss. However, Jason told Carly about Brennan employing Joss as an agent. As such, Carly was angry that he did not spill the truth when she gave him an opportunity to come clean.

The General Hospital spoilers suggest that Carly may try to keep her anger hidden from Brennan, but will eventually blow out. As such, Brennan may need to calm her down with plausible explanations. Meanwhile, Brennan may deduce that Jason spilled Josslyn’s secret to Carly. As such, he may meet Joss to warn her about some upcoming complications.

Elsewhere, Brennan’s interaction with Valentin will not reap much results as the latter has too little intel to offer. With Faison’s project running live and both Faison’s children, Britt and Nathan, back-from-the-dead, Brennan may need more information about the project that connects Dalton.

Meanwhile, Emma and Gio may re-strategize to target Dalton’s project and animal testing again.

General Hospital: Valentin has visitors and plans

Recently, Brennan reached out to Valentin for intel on Faison. In exchange, he let the latter meet his daughter. However, Valentin’s intel did not give Brennan any name but only the information that Faison’s last project is live despite the scientist’s death.

The upcoming episodes of General Hospital will see Valentin receiving a surprise visitor. This may be Anna. The former WSB chief may also plan an escape and get some help from his visitor. Brennan will not likely predict Valentin’s escape from the prison and may be taken by surprise at the latter’s actions. Whether Valentin returns to the soap’s storyline or goes absconding remains to be seen.

General Hospital: Molly feels romantic emotions for Cody

Molly has been in love with Cody for some time. Despite her sister badmouthing and discouraging her, and despite finding Cody uncomfortably close to Ava, Molly has been viewing Cody as the hero of her novel. 

Recently, she had two instances to be impressed by Cody. Firstly, the latter refused to accept the prize money for rescuing and taking care of Outback. And the other was rescuing Molly’s father from presumed detoxification side-effects. She was on the verge of kissing him at the hospital when she was interrupted by her father’s call.

The upcoming weeks will see this romance develop into more closeness. Molly will want to finish the kiss that was interrupted. However, when she praises Cody for helping her father, the boyfriend may feel guilty of keeping a secret from her. As such, Cody may consider coming clean about Ric’s captivity.

Another arc in the upcoming storyline may find Willow employing a new lawyer while Alexis gets a new offer. Whether Alexis gets the opportunity to defend Willow in court remains to be seen.
