Jurassic World Rebirth records roaring success at global box office

The sci-fi thriller film Jurassic World Rebirth was released in theaters on July 2, 2025, in the United States. The standalone sequel was written by David Koepp and directed by Gareth Edwards.

The trailer for Jurassic World Rebirth is available on the official Universal Pictures YouTube channel. The trailer begins with Martin Krebs introducing Zora Benett to Dr. Henry Loomis as they prepare to go on a mission together, with Zora handling the security. The team prepares to leave for an island that served as a research facility for the original Jurassic Park. 

To achieve a medical breakthrough, for Krebs’ company, Dr. Loomis informs the team that they need to retrieve biomaterial samples from the three largest remaining prehistoric specimens, which hold the key to a new heart disease treatment. This involves Mosasaurus, Titanosaurus, and Quetzalcoatlus, glimpses of which are seen throughout the trailer. The clip also includes a montage of the lead characters in action on the island, as they go through dangerous challenges to retrieve the sample. The trailer ends with a short clip of the team’s boat being attacked by a herd of dangerous aquatic dinosaurs, while they try to retrieve what they came for.
