Natalie questions Gino’s marital status after learning about his open arrangement with Jasmine on 90 Day Fiancé

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 9 episode 2 aired on July 13, 2025, and continued to show the ups and downs in Gino Palazzolo and Jasmine Pineda’s marriage. After deciding to live apart, Gino went to Las Vegas to meet Natalie, someone he had been talking to online.

Their first meeting went smoothly. They explored the city together, went on a date to an ice bar, and even shared a kiss. But things took a turn when Gino told Natalie that he was still married. He explained that he and Jasmine were in an open marriage, something Jasmine had suggested during The Last Resort because they were no longer intimate.

Natalie had not known about this before and seemed surprised in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? She asked why he hadn’t just gotten a divorce and said she needed time to think about it.

Later, she told Gino that he would need to close things with Jasmine if he wanted to move forward with her.

At the same time, Jasmine—now living with another man named Matt in Michigan—shared that she regretted suggesting the open marriage.

She said she missed Gino, even though they had little to no contact since separating.

Although Gino and Natalie appeared to be getting along while they were in Las Vegas, things quickly changed after Gino revealed to Natalie that he was still married to Jasmine.

Natalie could not believe Gino was still legally married to Jasmine and that Jasmine didn’t move away, she just moved out but remained legally married under an open marriage concept.

Gino’s suggestion to engage in an open marriage originated from Jasmine, since they were no longer intimate with either person.

Natalie asked Gino, now that she knew, why had he not gone through with a divorce and said she needed some time to gather her thoughts about everything.

Natalie told Gino he should have been upfront about his situation from the onset in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?. She believed that being in an open marriage is not a separation or a divorce in her opinion.

She thought she was blindsided by Gino, and finally told him if he still wanted to see her, he was going to bring a real closure to his marriage with Jasmine.

“I need Jasmine to know that you moved on,” she told him.

Back in Michigan, 90 Day Fiancé star Jasmine opened up during a chat with Michelle, who is married to Gino’s cousin. She said she missed Gino and was feeling very down after they separated.

Jasmine also said that suggesting an open marriage might not have been a good idea.

Michelle shared that Gino had gone to Las Vegas to meet another woman who looked a bit like Jasmine.

Hearing this, Jasmine got emotional and said that loving Gino had caused her a lot of pain. She added that she felt silly for still worrying about him.

Even though Gino blocked her on his phone and social media, Jasmine said she had been sending him emails, hoping he would reply.

In a confessional, she shared that she still hoped they could fix things, even though Gino seemed to be moving on.

Now, Jasmine is raising her baby daughter, Matilda, with Matt. The child was conceived during The Last Resort, and Jasmine showed up at the reunion pregnant.

On Instagram, she seems to be focused on life with Matt, even though the show continues to show her feelings for Gino.
