The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kim Zolciak involved into Kyle Mowitz-Jillian Green $100M divorce drama

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, Kim Zolciak who is dating businessman Kyle Mowitz, which is her first relationship since her divorce with ex-husband Kroy Biermann in 2023.

After being dragged into her boyfriend Kyle's $100 million legal divorce battle with estranged wife Jillian Green, she was spotted leaving Mowitz’s Georgia home on Saturday morning.

Mowitz filed for divorce in March 2025 from his wife, Jillian Green, who served served Kim with a subpoena in late September at the parking lot of her son's high school football game in Georgia.

The subpoena requested her to appear for a deposition on October 15, 2025 and submit:

Any and all documents regarding or pertaining to [her] financial relationship with Kyle Mowitz, including but not limited to gifts given or received from Kyle, expenses paid on [her] behalf by Mr. Mowitz or any business in which he is connected, monies loaned to [her] and monies paid to [her] by Mr. Mowitz or any businesses with which he is connected.

She was also asked to submit all communications with Mowitz, or between Zolciak and another third party regarding payment for services or communications concerning Mowitz, Green, their children or the divorce.

She also asked for any documents regarding gifts from Mowitz, or any business he owns has given her.

Documents regarding travel with Mowitz, including the travel arrangements, itinerary, where they stayed and the payment of all expenses associated with said travel are also demanded to be turned over.

Furthermore, any communications with third parties, or documents relating to any contact between Zolciak’s estranged husband, Kroy Biermann and Mowitz were requested to be submitted in the subpoena.

The 47-year-old The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum opposed the request, calling it unreasonable, oppressive and intended to annoy and embarrass her.

Kyle Mowitz’s lawyer told Us Weekly,

"Ms. Green’s decision to involve Ms. Zolciak in the divorce case is highly unnecessary, as any relationship our client may have with her only began after the parties’ separation."

During the ongoing divorce proceedings, Kyle Mowitz and Jillian Green have dropped serious allegations against each other.

Green has accused Mowitz of creating and controlling a family trust valued at over $100 million. She further alleges that Mowitz's income remains a mystery. 

Mowitz argues that Green is an able-bodied adult capable of gainful employment and does not require spousal support.

The couple, who got married in June 2017, share two kids and have also accused each other of infidelity during their marriage.

Kim met Kroy Biermann, who is a former NFL player, in 2010 and the couple got married on November 11, 2011. 

Over the years, they had four children together, Kroy Jr., Kash, Kaia, and Kane. Kroy adopted Kim's two daughters Brielle and Ariana from previous relationships.

Jillian Green testified in the case that Kroy reached out to her to share his concerns about Kim's relationship with Jillian's estranged husband, Kyle Mowitz.

He warned her that Kim Zolciak would drain money from Kyle further adding that Kim already uses Mowitz's credit card for deliveries of groceries from Instacart.

Jillian even claimed that Kroy warned her about Kim's mental state calling her a narcissist with a gambling problem who was never around for her children. 

Their marriege ended in 2023 with a messy publicised divorce with allegations of physical and mental abuse, claims of gambling addictions and even jewellery theft.

Kim has claimed that Kroy is suffering under the ill effects of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE).

She also alleged that Kroy has shown symptoms of angry and emotional outbursts, which include profanity-laden tirades along with bouts of physical violence and extreme sexual promiscuity to her and her children.

Kim was concerned for her minor children therefore she had asked the court to order a psychological custody evaluation of the family or an independent medical evaluation. 

Kim revealed on Kristin Cavallari's Let’s Be Honest podcast, alleging:

"He stole every piece of jewelry I’ve ever owned in my life prior to him, as well as Brielle’s, and sold it all. Every piece. I had my engagement ring and my earrings because they were hidden in my bra."

She also added in that episode that she loves when people tell me I spent all of Kroy’s money, reasoning that:

"I’ve made way more than Kroy. Kroy’s last NFL season was in 2015, just so we’re clear. We’re in 2025, and he just got a job in March of 2024."

She further continued, that she has worked hard to provide for her family and her children claiming that Kroy has not paid any bill in their house in years inspite of having a home.
