“Way to Go Portia” — General Hospital fans cheer as she takes a bold stand against Drew

In the current scenario of the daytime soap opera General Hospital, things have been fiery between Portia Robinson and Drew Cain again. Amid the custody drama, Drew has been after Portia to manipulate Michael Corinthos' blood test reports. He wants her to do this so that in the upcoming custody hearing, Willow looks more suitable than Michael, who won the trial first. 

Fans of the daytime soap opera General Hospital have been making comments about the current scenario of the show. They have been voicing their opinions on Drew’s actions, which have gotten on Portia’s nerves. In the recent episode, which aired on July 18, 2025, Portia expressed her feelings to Curtis that she has had enough. She further exclaimed that she wants her power back, and Drew can go to hell. 

Recently, a fan named Debbie Mcbride commented on a discussion post started by another fan on Facebook. Debbie commented, 

“Way to go Portia. I can't wait for someone to finally stand up to Drew. It going to be amazing”

Debbie commented on a Facebook discussion post started by Irfan Khan Irfan on July 19, 2025. Irfan shared a photo of spoilers for the upcoming episodes, which has “Portia Betrays Drew” written on it, and captioned it with,

“General Hospital Spoilers: Portia didn’t alter Michael’s test results, but she changed Drew’s— (𝖣𝖾𝗍𝖺𝗂𝗅 𝖢𝗁𝖾𝖼𝗄 𝖡𝖾𝗅𝗈𝗐)” 

Several fans of the soap opera General Hospital took an interest in the post and shared their views on the same. While some fans wrote that they were proud of her, and someone should show up to Drew, rather than being afraid of him. 

On the other hand, some fans of General Hospital commented that they were so happy to see such an exciting twist, and that it’s about time that Portia did something.

What is currently happening on General Hospital

In the recent scenario of the daytime soap opera General Hospital, Drew has been planning desperate measures for Willow to get the custody of her kids back. This, for a change, reveals a different side of the usually conniving Drew. Though known for his villainous ways, he’s now doing something good for Willow—albeit through questionable, even villainous, means.

Previously, Drew also proposed to Willow a wedding offer that might increase her chances of regaining the custody of her kids. However, when Michael got to know about this plan, he confronted Willow and remarked that if she plans to do any such thing, he will make sure she doesn’t see their kids. 

Further on, the General Hospital, when Drew got to know about Michel’s threat to Willow, he went to Carly and confronted her about Michael’s action. The conniving side of Drew sparked when he remarked to Carly that Michael better not do anything that limits Willow’s access to her kids, or else, Drew will take some serious measures to handle the situation. 

Recently on General Hospital, Michael was at the Hospital with Sasha and their newborn, Daisy, for a routine checkup. Drew, who had also previously threatened Portia, is back again and asked her to manipulate Michael’s report. Speculations suggest that Portia will shockingly deceive him, and instead of making Michael’s case weak, she might do something that will cause an issue in Willow’s case because of Drew. This may possibly result in ruining Willow’s relationship with Drew and also hinder his public image as a politician.
