Drew Cain is the twin brother of Jason Morgan on General Hospital. He is the biological son of Dr. Alan Quartermaine and Susan Moore. Drew was initially presumed dead after a plane crash.

He was later revealed to be alive and introduced as Jason's identical twin.

Drew was portrayed by Billy Miller from 2014 to 2019 and then by Cameron Mathison starting in 2021.

As an orphan, Drew was raised as Andrew Cain. Before he moved to Port Charles, he was a Navy SEAL. Being a Navy SEAL changed him as a person. Monica Quartermaine took Drew in as her own child.

They have a daughter together named Scout. Drew and Kim Nero also had a son named Oscar Nero.

In 2017, Drew's identity was revealed to be Jason’s twin. He had memories implanted that originally belonged to Jason. Drew struggled with his memories and identity.

He eventually chose not to restore his original memories. This decision caused tension in his relationship with Sam McCall.

Drew developed a romantic relationship with Carly Spencer. They both became involved in an insider trading scandal. Drew took the fall to protect Carly.

He was sentenced to prison for his role. Drew was held in Pentonville prison. During his time there, he had conflicts with other inmates, including Cyrus Renault. Drew’s sentence was eventually commuted, and he was released early.

After his release, Drew returned to Port Charles. He worked with Curtis Ashford and Michael Corinthos. Drew also continued running Aurora Media. He later became involved in a political campaign.

Drew ran for Congress, changing his last name to Quartermaine for the campaign.

When Drew went back to Port Charles, things got rough with his family. The return of his twin brother Jason also made things different between them. Drew did not get along with Michael Corinthos and Carly Spencer.

He had trouble with his daughter Scout and his ex-wife Sam McCall as well.

It was thought that Drew Cain was dead after he crashed his plane while trying to find Andre Maddox in Afghanistan. It was thought that he died in the crash of his plane, which never showed up again.

Later, though, it came out that Drew was still alive and being held by Peter August and Victor Cassadine.

However, it was later revealed that Drew was alive but held captive by Peter August and Victor Cassadine. 

His memories were changed, and Peter used him in his plans. Drew had a hard time with how being controlled made him feel.

He later got his freedom back and worked with other people to reveal Peter's crimes.
