The CBS News program came under fire on Twitter last night for its profile of Gallagher, who was convicted of posing with an ISIS fighter's corpse and later pardoned by President Trump, that showed his personal life, his war memorabilia and him working out. "But CBS ignored the broad consensus among Gallagher’s platoon mates that, over multiple deployments in a decade, Gallagher had targeted civilians and put his team in unnecessary danger—and instead framed it as a sort of sibling rivalry in wartime."
