ABC gives full-season pickups to Stumptown, Mixed-ish and The Rookie -- Emergence is in contention for next season

While ABC didn't announce the number of episodes picked up, freshman comedy Mixed-ish is expected to have a full 22-episode season. Freshman drama Stumptown and sophomore drama The Rookie could have anywhere from 18 to 20 episodes. What about freshman drama Emergence? According to Deadline, Emergence "was designed for 13-episode season arcs, so it is not in contention for additional episodes but for a second season. Given its modest ratings performance, ABC brass will likely wait to look at their development before making a renewal decision."
