ABC has begun Season 3 renewal talks with The Conners cast

“We are deep in conversations with the cast and the producers,” ABC Entertainment president Karey Burke told Deadline. Because The Conners started out as a spinoff of the Roseanne revival, the cast is signed to yearly deals, instead of the standard six-year contracts.
