ACLU sues ICE in response to a scene from Living Undocumented

The ACLU's lawsuit against the U.S. government for “excessive force” and “unlawful search and seizure” in violation of the Fourth Amendment and against two ICE agents is in response to a scene from the Netflix docuseries that shows an agent blocking and shoving an undocumented while trying to enter an ICE office.
