Appeals court rejects President Trump's attempt to dodge Apprentice alum's defamation lawsuit

The president's lawyers argued that he didn't have to face former Apprentice contestant Summer Zervos' lawsuit while in office. But an appeals court ruled that his argument conflicts with the the fundamental principle that the United States has a "government of laws and not of men." Zervos is suing after Trump branded her a liar after she accused him of sexual misconduct.
