Apple's Time Bandits recruits Taika Waititi

The Thor: Ragnarok and What We Do in the Shadows filmmaker will co-write and direct the TV series adaptation of Terry Gilliam's 1981 fantasy film Time Bandits. Waititi recently has been busy working on TV, directing the Star Wars' The Mandalorian TV series and adapting What We Do in the Shadows for FX.
