Arrow promotes Ben Lewis to series regular

Lewis' promotion comes one week after TV sister Katherine McNamara was also promoted to series regular for the eighth and final season. ALSO: Arrow's final season will be one long set up for CW's "Crisis on Infinite Earths" crossover.
