BBC proposes quarantining actors and crews so filming on TV shows can resume

BBC's head of drama commissioning Piers Wenger proposed the idea during a virtual session of the Edinburgh television festival. He acknowledged that asking high-profile stars to spend even longer on set would be burdensome, but it would be the only way to get shows up and running.
