BBC's Trust Me is making a lot of Doctor Who references in honor of departed star Jodie Whittaker

Whittaker had to exit the BBC medical drama after one season when she was tapped to play The Doctor. So the BBC medical thriller is being rebooted while also paying homage to Whittaker, who played a nurse who stole a doctor's identity. Creator Dan Sefton says he's planning a number of nods to Whittaker's new job as The Doctor.
