Ian Ziering hinted at the TV press tour that should BH90210 get picked up for a second season, the stars could wind up slipping back into their original Beverly Hills, 90210 alter-egos. "You might see an authentic episode … but right now, it's all about the journey of us coming together," he said." Tori Spelling said the cast would "love to continue to work together" for more seasons. "We have so many stories to tell that this could keep going on season after season," she said. Meanwhile, Gabrielle Carteris is hopeful that a potential Season 2 would actually film in Los Angeles (Season 1 filmed in Vancouver). Jennie Garth said all the stars leaned into pre-existing perceptions fans had of them to inspire storylines. "We used people's perceptions and that was a great launch point for so many stories," she said. "For us to take back the power, spin it and use it to tell these stories was an interesting angle for everyone involved."
