Bill Paxton's family files wrongful-death lawsuit against his surgeon and hospital

The former Big Love star died a year ago this month as a result of a "maverick" operation, and his family says they weren't properly informed about the risks. The lawsuit targets the doctor and Cedars Sinai Medical Center.
