The Better Call Saul star is on the mend in a New Mexico hospital one day after collapsing on set while filming the sixth and final season of the AMC series in Albuquerque. "He's going to be okay," tweeted his son, Nate Odenkirk. “We can confirm Bob is in stable condition after experiencing a heart-related incident,” Odenkirk's reps said in a statement Wednesday afternoon. “He and his family would like to express gratitude for the incredible doctors and nurses looking after him, as well as his cast, crew and producers who have stayed by his side. The Odenkirks would also like to thank everyone for the outpouring of well wishes and ask for their privacy at this time as Bob works on his recovery.” TMZ reports Odenkirk "is awake inside an Albuquerque hospital, adding: "but when he was rushed to the hospital Tuesday after collapsing on set it did not look good. We're told he was not conscious during the early hours in the hospital, although he's now lucid." The Hollywood Reporter reports that production on the final season was a little more than halfway done on the final season at the time of Tuesday's incident. Production on the show remained shut down Wednesday. Odenkirk's illness sparked a worldwide outpouring of support.
