Brooklyn Nine-Nine cast members celebrated their Season 6 pickup at the NBC upfronts this morning. Terry Crews was particularly blown away to be on the Peacock network, telling E! Online: "I've never been on a network this big. NBC, this is the real deal. The checks are going to be amazing!" To which Andy Samberg said: "We're going to have to fact-check that." Crews added, in an interview with Variety: “I remember I went to sleep and I woke up and my phone was glowing and I was like 'What is this?! Oh my, NBC!.' First of all, NBC is bigger and better, it’s the perfect place for us. It’s kind of like out of the frying pan and into heaven, not into the fire but into heaven itself." Noting that Samberg is an SNL alum, Crews added that the move just "makes so much sense and we fit in with their comedies." He added: "We’re going to make so much money ya’ll, I’m trying to tell you. Makes you happy!” ALSO: Lin-Manuel Miranda hung out with the cast after helping push for revival.
