The black media mogul accused Comcast of racial discrimination in refusing to license channels from his Entertainment Studio, a lawsuit that all nine Supreme Court justices rejected in March. But amid the racial reckoning brought on by the police brutality protests, Allen and Comcast have settled the lawsuit. The settlement will allow several Entertainment Studios channels to be carried on Comcast's Xfinitity X1 platform.
