CBS hit with a shareholders class action lawsuit over Les Moonves sexual harassment report

A securities lawsuit filed today accuses CBS of misleading investors by failing to disclose sexual harassment allegations against CBS chairman and CEO Moonves that were reported in The New Yorker.
