CBS will try to remake German police procedural Einstein

The three-season 2017-19 German series was a police procedural dramedy about the unknown great-great-grandson of Albert Einstein, a theoretical physics professor, who helps the police in solving murder cases, based on the 2015 film of the same name. CBS is taking a stab at the concept with Insatiable creator Lauren Gussis after NBC tried a remake in 2018.
