CBS wins praise from Latino groups despite criticism of its poor diversity record

The National Hispanic Media Coalition and the National Latino Media Council met last week with CBS honchos, including Les Moonves, and they were shown that CBS has doubled the number of Latino actors and writers since last year. The network also agreed to hear “an additional 10 pitches from 10 Latino writers-producers.”
