Cake Boss Buddy Valastro chokes up recalling how his sons helped him after his "freak accident"

Valastro spoke about the accident, in which a bowling pinsetter impaled his hand, on the Today show. "I thought I was going to faint...there was blood everywhere and I was stuck," he said. Valastro managed to stay calm as his sons got a saw and pliers to free him from the pinsetter.
