Call the Midwife to begin filming on a coronavirus-shortened Season 10

The BBC announced that production on the period BBC/PBS drama has begun with a 2020 Christmas special before Season 10 begins filming. Call the Midwife will film seven Season 10 episodes instead of the eight that were originally planned.
