Can Robert and Michelle King succeed outside The Good Wife universe?

The Kings are poised to become megaproducers with currently airing The Good Wife spinoff The Good Fight, the upcoming CBS drama Evil and the Bryan Cranston Showtime legal drama Your Honor. But their only past non-Good series, CBS' BrainDead, was quickly canceled after premiering in 2016. “People aren’t as held in check as they used to be," says Robert King of taking on more projects. "CBS, which is our studio, seems to have more of a willingness to explore things that four, five or six years ago they would never explore.”
