Chris Evans to star in Apple limited series Defending Jacob

The Captain America star is returning to TV for the eight-episode "gripping, character-driven thriller" in which he'll play a lawyer dealing with the accusation that his 14-year-old son committed murder. It's based on the bestselling novel of the same name by author William Landay.
