The 45-minute timeframe for The Daily Social Distancing Show, which starts tonight, is expected to only last for the duration of the coronavirus pandemic. This is the first time in The Daily Show's 24-year history that episodes will be 45 minutes long. It will also help fill the 11:30 p.m. timeslot left by David Spade's Lights Out. Comedy Central plans to follow The Daily Show each night with The Office and Crank Yankers repeats.
