Comedy Central orders Bobby Moynihan's animated Loafy as a digital series

The animated comedy starring the SNL alum as a weed-dealing manatee that runs a drug empire from his tang at the Center Park Zoo is also being developed to possibly air as a regular Comedy Central series.
