Incumbent Gov. Andrew Cuomo won more than 95% of the delegate votes at New York State’s Democratic Convention today, securing his party's official nomination for reelection, but the Sex and the City star plans to collect petitions in order to appear on the ballot against Cuomo in New York's Sept. 13 primary.
