Damon Wayans is set to return to ABC, reteaming with My Wife and Kids co-creator on another family sitcom

Wayans starred on ABC's hit comedy My Wife and Kids, which he created with Don Reo, for five seasons from 2001 to 2005. Wayans and Reo are now reteaming on another family comedy, titled Let's Stay Together, in which the actor plays a single father who finds out it’s hard to get rid of millennial kids, and their kids. According to Deadline part of the storyline was inspired by Wayans' life. Wayans is planning his sitcom comeback after three turbulent seasons on Fox's Lethal Weapon.
