Dan Patrick is leaving NBC's Football Night in America and will likely be replaced by Mike Tirico

Patrick, who has hosted the Sunday Night Football pregame show since 2008, says he turned down a new five-year deal with NBC. “I didn’t want to do it and not love doing it,” says Patrick, who adds that his daily DirecTV talk show is close to being renewed. Tirico is expected to replace Patrick. ALSO: Peyton Manning has reportedly turned down Fox's Thursday Night Football gig.
