Manning first became a Late Show guest 20 years ago, months before being drafted as quarterback of Letterman’s hometown Indianapolis Colts. Manning never went on any other late-night show during Dave's tenure. He even surprised Letterman by helping deliver the final Top 10 list in 2015. On Saturday, Letterman returned the favor with a six-minute speech saluting the future hall of famer and all he’s done for Indianapolis. The visit also gave Letterman the chance to sit next to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.
