The actress will recur on USA's adaptation of Aldous Huxley's 1932 dystopian novel, playing the "brash, hard-living mother" of Alden Ehrenreich’s John the Savage. Ehrenreich’s character is described as a “subversive outsider who threatens to disrupt the stability of New London’s utopian society.” USA gave Brave New World a straight-to-series order in February based on Huxley's novel, which imagines a utopian society that has achieved peace and stability through the prohibition of monogamy, privacy, money, family, and history itself.
