Did a RuPaul's Drag Race star make up a story about being involved in a fatal Uber crash?

Robbie Turner tweeted last Sunday she was hospitalized and her Uber driver "did not survive" when a drunk-driver crashed into their car in Seattle. Yet neither the Seattle Police Department nor Uber have any record of a driver being involved in a drunk-driving accident on that day.
