Doom Patrol casts The Chief's powerful and mysterious daughter

Abigail Shapiro will recur in Season 2 of the DC Universe drama as Dorothy Spinner, the 11-year-old daughter of Niles Caulder (aka “The Chief”), according to TVLine. Dorothy was introduced in the Season 1 finale without showing her face.
