Epix's Belgravia trailer looks exactly like Downton Abbey

Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes seems to copied his hit show, setting it in the upper echelon of London society in the 19th century, as The Wrap points out. Belgravia is based on Fellowes' novel of the same name, featuring the same Downton Abbey producing team.
