FOX News sued by former political commentator who alleges she was raped by a FOX Business host

Scottie Nell Hughes also says she was retaliated against and defamed when she accused FOX Business host Charles Payne of rape. Payne was suspended in July after a complaint by an unnamed woman. FOX News responded to the lawsuit saying it has “absolutely no merit and is downright shameful.”
