FX renews American Horror Story for Season 10

Ryan Murphy "asked for a 10th season of American Horror Story which we were happy to give to him,” FX CEO John Landgraf told Deadline of the Season 10 renewal, which comes as Season 8 begins production. Landgraf said Murphy "remains pretty committed" to all of his FX series despite moving to Netflix. Could Season 10 be the last for American Horror Story? "I don’t know,” Landgraf told Deadline. “A lot of that comes down to Ryan and whether he still feels inspired about it. I think the eighth cycle, which is currently in production, is awesome and crazy, and I think the fans will really like it."
