Former The Weakest Link host Anne Robinson criticized in Britain for "unflinchingly cruel jokes" in resurfaced clips

Robinson is the latest TV star to go viral over old clips that look bad in 2021. Robinson, who was recently named the new host of hit British daytime game show Countdown, went viral Tuesday with clips in which she mocks a full-time single mother with three sons. “So how many Asbos (anti-social behavior orders)?” she asked the mom, before adding: “How many of your three boys have got tags on their ankles?” Robinson also asked the mom “You doing benefits, are you?” and “What happened to the husband? You didn’t go gay, did you?”
