Fox News settles with the family of murdered Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich

The parents of Rich sued the cable news network for intentional infliction of emotional distress and tortious interference for promoting conspiracy theories on Rich's 2016 death that resulted in Sean Hannity and Lou Dobbs being deposed in September. Because of the settlement, Hannity and Dobbs' depositions will stay sealed. "We are pleased with the resolution of the claims and hope this enables Mr. and Mrs. Rich to find a small degree of peace and solace moving forward," Fox News said in a statement.
