Grey's Anatomy boss is planning a "pretty big event" for Episode 400

Showrunner Krista Vernoff said at Savannah College of Art and Design's TVfest that if there are no COVID delays, the season finale should be the 400th episode. Grey's is known for doing unusual things for its landmark episodes, so Episode 400 is "going to be a pretty big event, I think," said Vernoff.
