Chris Rock's weekly talk show, whose writers and producers included Louis CK and Wanda Sykes, ran for five seasons between 1997 and 2000. The Chris Rock Show won an Emmy for writing in 1999. Guests in the first two seasons included Arsenio Hall, Conan O'Brien, Johnnie Cochran, George Carlin, Jada Pinkett Smith, Jesse Jackson, Whoopi Goldberg, Tracy Morgan, Usher and LL Cool J.
