HGTV Windy City Rehab stars are apparently on the outs

Flipper Alison Victoria and general contractor Donovan Eckhardt are no longer working together, according to a Chicago Sun-Times report. Their reported parting came to light after a couple sued them claiming shoddy workmanship and fraud. Last year, the city of Chicago issued stop-work orders against Victoria and Eckhardt.
