An arbitrator has ordered the former House of Cards star to pay $31 million to Media Rights Capital after finding that Spacey breached his contract by violating the company’s sexual harassment policy. MRC dumped Spacey and scrapped a season of House of Cards in 2017 after the actor was accused by multiple people of a pattern of sexually predatory conduct.
