Pixar veteran Andrew Stanton, who also directed WALL-E, made his TV directing debut last year with Stranger Things. With Monday's episode, he came on board as a huge fan of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. "Absolutely," he says. "That's the thing for me: I just want to be inspired and learn, and I learned at Pixar that if you surround yourself with people who are better than you and you tend to find yourself raising your game to levels you didn't know you could. I have no ego about wanting it to be my stuff. I just want to work on really good stuff, and it doesn't get much better than Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul as far as intelligent storytelling, I think." ALSO: Patrick Fabian talks Howard Hamlin.
