Insecure alum Y'lan Noel to star in Lee Daniels' FX pilot The Spook Who Sat by the Door

Noel will play the title character in the 1960s-set drama pilot based on Sam Greenlee's 1969 novel of the same name about the first Black CIA officer who is a patriot, Vietnam veteran and, secretly, a revolutionary. The book was based on Greenlee's own experience at the United States Information Agency.
